Ancient Words For Today - Isaiah 12:2

When we receive forgiveness of our sins and are reconciled to God through faith in His promised savior, Jesus, it is only reasonable that we
should be thankful and rejoice, a great weight having been lifted from us. Our joy is expressed as we praise and worship God. We do so with
our lips, in word and in song, and through our actions as we live each day for Him. The Lord gives us strength for each new day to meet
the challenges thereof. He truly is our strength. Let’s make our lives a pleasing song to God, our savior!

Blessed be the Lord! For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy. The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. The Lord is the strength of his people; he is the saving refuge of his anointed. Psalm 28:6-8
