Jesus said, “For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. These
things I have spoken unto you,that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer;
I have overcome the world. John 16:27&33 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's
house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare
a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:1-3

And John the apostle added these words of encouragement: You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because
greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4
For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world,even our faith.
Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God? 1 John 5:4-5

So, when we encounter adversity, let us remember and be comforted with these scriptures. Then focus on and trust the promises of God
to deliver us from this evil present world and that we will spend eternity with Him in His perfect kingdom.
